The Challenge
The Chamber needed to represent an industry that cannot be defined by a single building or a single brand. The challenge was to showcase their nationwide reach, the diversity of shopping malls, and the institution's pivotal role within a complex ecosystem.
The Idea
Instead of defining shopping malls solely by transactions, we reframed them as hubs for connection, work, entertainment, brands, and experiences. Different regions and styles connect under a single vision of evolution and community.
