Who we are
FeedGuru is a creative studio and video production company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Data controller: FeedGuru (feedguru.net) is responsible for the personal data we receive through the site and for the database where it is stored. You can contact us through the contact form.
This policy explains what data we receive, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001.
What data we receive
Contact form: full name, company, email, phone number if you leave it, and your message.
Event registration, such as MARCCA: full name, company, role and email.
Job applications: full name, email, area, links to your work, LinkedIn if you leave it, preferred work arrangement, city and whatever you tell us about yourself.
Browsing data: pages you visit, device and browser, approximate location, where you came from and how you use the page (clicks, scrolling and mouse movements). It is collected by the analytics tools listed under Cookies.
We don't ask for sensitive data or payment details.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal.
To manage your event registration and send you related information.
To review your application and contact you if a project or role fits.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and to do what you asked us to do. Filling in a form is voluntary, but without the required fields we can't get back to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We use browsing data based on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site, and you can object at any time by blocking cookies as explained under Cookies. We don't use your data to make automated decisions that affect you. We don't sell or rent your data.
Who we share it with
We work with providers that process data on our behalf:
Framer: hosts the site, receives form submissions and measures visits without using cookies.
Google Analytics 4: measures visits and site usage.
Contentsquare: user experience analytics and session recording (clicks, scrolling and movements), to see how people navigate the site.
Google Workspace: the email and spreadsheets where we receive what you send us through the forms.
These providers may process data outside Argentina, for example in the United States or the European Union. Some of those countries do not have a level of protection that the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) considers adequate. In those cases, each provider makes data protection commitments in its contracts and, when you send us a form, the transfer also relies on your consent. We may also share data when a competent authority requires it by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and registrations: for as long as needed to reply and manage the relationship, and then we delete or anonymise them.
Applications: for as long as needed to review them and manage the relationship, and then we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Browsing data: according to the settings of each analytics tool.
Cookies
When you arrive, we show you a short cookie notice; this section explains it in detail. We use third-party cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve the site:
Framer statistics: count visits without using cookies.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (_ga and _ga_* cookies), to count visits and see which pages work.
User experience: Contentsquare (_cs_id, _cs_s and similar cookies), which records clicks, scrolling and movements on the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and turn off Google Analytics with Google's official add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). These cookies are not needed to use the site: if you block them, the site and its forms keep working.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data and ask us to correct, update or delete it. You can also object to our use of it, ask us to restrict that use, ask for a copy in a commonly used format to take elsewhere (portability) and withdraw your consent at any time. The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction, update or deletion requests within 5 business days. To protect your data, we may ask you to prove your identity.
To do so, use the contact form and start your message with “Privacy”, telling us what you need.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. More information about the AAIP at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
Security, minors and changes
We take reasonable measures to protect your data: the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to what comes in through the forms is limited to our team and the providers listed above. The site is meant for companies and professionals, so we don't seek to receive data from anyone under 18. If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date above.
