The challenge

OH! Buenos Aires is the development on the site of the former Buenos Aires Design, in Recoleta. When the piece was produced the shopping center was under construction, with no finished stores and nothing to film. The audience wasn't the visitor either: it was the brands and organizations that had to picture the place up and running before committing.

The idea

Show the finished ecosystem before it existed. Not a tour of the stores, but the kind of life a shopping center in Recoleta offers: a place to meet, eat and walk around, not just shop.

The production

This is the case that best explains the method. We started from architectural renders, plans and real construction footage, and used AI video production to solve everything a render doesn't give you: finished spaces, light, movement, atmosphere and people. One constraint from the start shaped the art direction: no identifiable brand on screen without written authorization.

The result

A finished piece about a place that can't be photographed yet. It is exactly what a development needs before opening, when the material available is a plan, a render and a half-finished building, and the communication can't wait for the building to be ready.
