The challenge

Espacio San Juan was opening the spring-summer season and asked for something unusual in retail: a piece not tied to a date, so it could keep running until the end of the year. With three strict constraints on top: no promotions or prices, no store brands and no people on screen.

The idea

Splendor. The shopping center blooms. Flowers of exaggerated scale grow and spread across five areas, from the main entrance to the terrace. With no cast and no offer, the object of desire is the place, and the center's two distinctive features, the terrace and the escalators, sit at the heart of the piece.

The production

A 15 to 20 second vertical for Stories, with no voice-over and music as the only sound. Storyboard, art direction and AI video production on real images of the place. Every shot follows a lighting rule defined in advance: light comes in horizontally or at an angle, with the sunset light the facade gets, never from overhead.

The result

A seasonal piece with a shelf life of months rather than a day, which also leaves high-resolution frames for the feed. It ends where the client wanted it to end: come take a walk around the Espacio.
