Playmobil World in Real-Time

The Challenge

DOT streamed matches live in their food court and needed a way to fuel the conversation before and after kickoff. With the tournament schedule shifting fast, planning weeks ahead wasn't an option—content had to react instantly to live scores and key plays.

The Idea

We built a custom sports show hosted entirely by Playmobil figures. Before the game, our characters introduced rivals and stats. Post-match, they returned to the studio to analyze the drama and recreate the best plays in real-time, all within a unified visual universe.

The Production

FeedGuru built a high-speed production pipeline engineered for ultra-fast turnaround times. Over a 15-episode run, we combined sports research, scriptwriting, AI generation, character consistency, play-by-play recreation, motion graphics, editing, and sound. For post-match episodes, production began the moment the whistle blew, delivering premium content just hours later.

The Impact

DOT dominated the World Cup conversation with their own proprietary coverage. This campaign showcases the true power of AI-driven production: closing the gap between real-world events and brand content, delivering premium quality at the speed of culture.
